Booking Conditions for Villa Rental
Reservation and Payment: A deposit of £500 (or 30% on bookings over 7 nights) is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 90 days before the arrival date will receive 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival will receive a 25% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of £500 is required with your final payment. This deposit covers any potential damages or excessive cleaning required after your stay. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure, provided no deductions are necessary.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is available from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy and Use: The villa is to be occupied by no more than the maximum number of 8 guests stated in the booking confirmation. The property is for residential use only and must not be used for parties or events.
House Rules: Guests are expected to respect the property and its contents. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Pets are allowed only if specified in the booking agreement and may incur additional fees.
Liability: The villa owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The owner is also not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. The villa has a security system in place, and every assistance will be provided should you need medical help during your stay.
Force Majeure: The owner is not liable for any failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
